How To Visit Restaurants Without Sabotaging Your Diet. [Infograph]

Now, I’ve been telling people for ages that you are either 100% into fitness or you won’t have any serious progress in near future. In regards to the dieting, I’ve got huge issues with my fresh clients sabotaging their diets during weekends or visits to friends.

The fallacious thinking people got going in regards to ‘enjoying life’, is that one absolutely must munch entire pizza in one sitting. Without that, you’re obviously not living the life. Duhh..

People only realize how absurd that statement is when they actually think about it for a second. Do YOU personally believe that in order to go out with friends you have to pig out?

You are on a diet to lose weight, not to eat delicious and highly caloric food.  Tons of people manage to be social without sabotaging themselves. Their secret? They act as if they are eating for a goal… or well… just being adults.

  1. That infograph looks dope, but is missing out some points. In regards to water intake and ordering salads or other things.

    • Thanks, yeah could nibble to many things like meat type in relation to fat content but most of fitness people know those things themselves and are fully aware on water and liquid intake in regards to satiety. But once you are out with people you don’t want to seem like a weirdo.
