First thing first, boring info.
We all are aware that it’s easier for our bodies to store fat from food as body fat during bulking phase, compared to carbohydrates. Well if you weren’t, now you are. People are afraid to get fat during bulk so they try to eat for most part broccoli, spinach leaves and chicken breasts.
Let me mention few basic things:
First, count your calories (this is crucial) and increase them when your weight gain stagnates.
Second, stop consuming diet foods in ridiculous amounts. Broccoli, chicken breast, skyr yogurts and so on, everything that can keep you full at a cost of very low calorie count.
Third, don’t give up, you’re not hungry but you still have space, fill it up.
I would advise the following.
Bean and cheese burrito
Simply mix beans with low fat cheese, warm in microwave and wrap the consistence in a warm tortilla. (Feel free to add some french creme and greens. )
Easily consumed, relative low fat. Usually made in bulk.
Protein and Carbohydrate powders.
Just close your eyes, close your nose and drink it. Usually one should do this prior sleep if he haven’t hit his required caloric intake.
Note: that gainers are basically carbohydrates(dextrose) mixed with protein powder. Thanks to basic math, we know that most of them are 30-50% more expensive than if protein and carbs were bought separately.
You want something stratchy, like low fat cake desserts, pancakes, rice pudding etc.
Something what would be easy to make and consume.
